It’s that time of the year again, where would-be and existing novelists commit themselves to writing 50 000 words for their novels and then submitting them.
National Novel Writing Month — otherwise known as #NaNoWriMo — encourages writers to produce a novel, while getting the support and encouragement of other writers around the world.
Last year more than 300 000 writers took part in the competition.
If you have not participated before, it may seem a little overwhelming, but I found plenty of advice out there.
